ULVIT
ULVIT is a Ozonated Water Decomposer that uses a high-power UV lamp to instantly decompose ozone dissolved in the fluid. Compared to the activated carbon/bubbling method, this ULVIT can save space.
Usable with ozone containing hydrofluoric acid
ULVIT decomposes ozone dissolved in the fluid by using a high-power germicidal lamp that efficiently emits a wavelength of 253.7nm germicidal ray using a low-pressure mercury arc discharge method. The wetted parts are made our of SS material, and it uses a quartz tube to protect the UV lamp to ensure excellent cleanliness and chemical resistance. It is mainly suitable for a line in which ozone water is generated.
Most suitable for DI water recycling
Unlike other adsorption methods such as the activated carbon, ULVIT uses UV to directly decompose dissolved ozone. Thus, there are no outflows from the outlet, making it the most suitable for DI water recycling.
